Track Grime and Oil kit

Track Grime and Oil kit

Enhance your track with these easy to use track weathering colour from Geoscenics, as featured in the Hornby Magazine/Key Model World Building a TT:120 Model Railway series. In stock now and priced at £16.00.

This new Track Grime and Oil Solution bundle from Geoscenics contains two syringes and two pre-mixed colours ready for application to a model railway layout - it replaces the previous Track Grime bundle available on the Key Model World Shop. These quality colours are easy to apply by brush or airbrush to tone down fresh ballast and create a realistic track colour.

The Track Grime (TG50) and Oil Solution (BS50) colours have been used regularly by the Key Model World modelling team on previous layout builds including Topley Dale, Grosvenor Square, Natford TMD and Twelvemill Bridge.

The Oil Solution is particularly effective for recreating oil stains where locomotives would stand in depots or stations while the Track Grime colour is an ideal overall base colour for track weathering.

See these colour in use in our latest video series - Building a TT:120 Model Railway.

I started buying Aeroplane Monthly in ‘76 or‘77. By the early 80’s I bought a subscription and I still have it. I love themagazine.
Pretty much the only game in town for the stuff I'm looking for.
