Delivery Charges

  • Books and Bookazines: Subject to a delivery charge, calculated in the basket.
  • Magazines Subscriptions: No delivery charge.
  • Other Products: Delivery charges apply per order (not per item).

At the checkout, you will be presented with available delivery options for your order. All charges will be shown clearly before you confirm final payment.

Note: Subscription purchases do not incur any delivery charges.

Import Duties & Customs

VAT and Duty

  • All prices include VAT at the current rate.
  • Books, Bookazines and magazines are zero-rated for VAT.
  • For export orders, customers are responsible for any duty charges applied by the destination country.
  • Key Publishing Ltd is not liable for any such charges.
  • This does not apply to print subscriptions.

EU Delivery

  • For eligible sales to EU consumers, we utilize the EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). This means you will pay the import VAT at the point of sale, and your order will be delivered quickly and without additional import fees or handling charges upon arrival. This applies to most goods valued under €150 (including the shipping cost). IOSS does not cover shipments valued over €150. For these, standard import procedures will apply, and you may be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import VAT to the courier upon delivery.

Non-EU Delivery

  • Orders to non-EU countries may also be subject to VAT and customs duties upon arrival. Customers are responsible for these charges.
