PJM Models OO gauge single-storey triple pack flat extension

PJM Models OO gauge single-storey triple pack flat extension

Expand your PJM Models flat with this triple pack of single storeys which model the structures at Watford Junction in low relief.

The basis of this kit was developed for Pete Waterman's Making Tracks 4 by PJM Models to replicate the new high-rise flats which are being built immediately to the east of Watford Junction station. The modern design makes these structures suitable as a backdrop for any privatisation era layout.

The flats are supplied in three forms - the base kit which contains a bottom floor, middle floor and top floor (Cat No. MOD160) plus optional single middle floors (MOD161) to extend the height of the building which are also available as triple packs (MOD162).

This kit is a triple pack of single-storey extensions to increase the height of the base kit by three floors (MOD160). Note this is not a standalone kit and requires MOD160 to be used.

All components are laser cut with the structure consisting of an MDF inner shell which is overlaid with finely laser-engraved plywood brick layers. Adding the details are laser-cut plywood inner and outer window frames which sandwich laser-cut clear glazing. The finishing touch are super fine laser-cut plywood balcony railings.

These stunning flats will make a striking backdrop to a modern railway scene and come with full instructions.

Base dimensions are 332mm x 94mm.

I started buying Aeroplane Monthly in ‘76 or‘77. By the early 80’s I bought a subscription and I still have it. I love themagazine.
Pretty much the only game in town for the stuff I'm looking for.
