The appeal of vintage aircraft lies in its social and military history and the engineering and evolutionary innovations demanded by sophisticated conflicts, as well as the landmark achievements of the aircraft and their pilots.
Included in this, the third of three volumes, are a mix of new and old, fast jets, warbirds, bombers, helicopters and vintage light aircraft from around the world.
