PJM Models 1:76 scale FV432 Armoured Personnel Carrier Kit
The range of military 3D printed models by PJM Models has grown with the addition of FV432 Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC), which is still in service with the British Army today. Perfect as a load for the Accurascale 'Warwell' wagons in 'OO' gauge.
The FV432 was introduced in 1960 and is the Armoured Personnel Carrier variant of the FV430 series tracked vehicle family. At its peak around 2,500 were in service with a fleet of 1,500 still in use today in support roles.
The FV432s weighed 15tons and measured 5.25m x 2.8m and could carry a crewe of two with 10 troops on board. They had a Rolls-Royce K60 engine originally and could travel at up to 32mph.
The PJM Models 3D printed kit for the FV432 APC builds on the popular FV101 Scorpion and FV107 Scimitar kits launched in 2023. The kit features a full set of high quality 3D printed parts consisting of a main hull with wing mirrors, two separate tracks, a turret top and a gun to mount on top of the turret.
The model is supplied on 3D printing supports which require removal to allow assembly and painting.
