Welcome to our online shop. This online shop and the website at www.keypublishing.com/shop and http://shop.keypublishing.com are owned and operated by Key Publishing Ltd. The Term ‘Key Publishing’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Units 1-4 Gwash Way Industrial Estate, Ryhall Road, Stamford, Lincolnshire, PE9 1XP. Registered No: 2713662 England.

The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

This page details the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website to you. Please read these terms carefully before ordering any products from our website as, by doing so, you accept these terms and conditions.

Your Account
If you setup a user account on our online shop, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for preventing any unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account details. You should take all necessary measures to ensure that your password is kept confidential and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that it has become known to anyone else, or is being used by unauthorised persons. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the ‘Your Account’ area of the website.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, it will be without charge to you.

Making a purchase
To make a purchase, simply click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. If you would like to modify your order at any point, simply click on the ‘view basket’ icon to edit or remove any item currently ordered. Once you have completed your shopping, you will be asked for a few details required to complete your order. All transactions on this website will show on your debit or credit card statement as ‘Key Publishing Ltd’ and all amounts are deducted in UK Sterling.

An order placed on the website will be acknowledged as received through an 'Order Acknowledgement' sent to your e-mail address. The order does not become confirmed until you receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ e-mail detailing our acceptance of your offer to purchase the products. If there are any problems with your order, then you will be contacted directly.

Any payment details received by our shop server are encrypted by 1028 bit technology before being received by our Mail Order Department. Product details, pricing and delivery
Whilst we make every effort to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions and prices, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note that all items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering. Prices may change at any time or goods may not be currently be available. In such cases, our mail order team will contact you within five working days to inform you of the situation and give you the opportunity to cancel your order should you be unhappy.

We will make every effort to ensure orders confirmed by 1pm GMT Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day. Orders confirmed after 1pm are not guaranteed to be despatched on the same day. For overseas orders, please allow 28 days for delivery.

Key Publishing charge delivery per entire order, rather than per single product, with the exception of any magazine subscription order, which will not be subject to postage charges. At the checkout page, you will be presented with the appropriate delivery options for your order to allow you to select the option that you prefer. All charges will be made clear prior to you being asked to confirm final payment for your items. Please see below for full details of our delivery charges.

Please note: Subscription purchases do not incur any additional delivery charges.

VAT and Duty
All of our prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the current UK rate of 20%. Books and magazines are zero-rated in the UK. For export orders it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they are aware of any duty charges that may be made by the country of origin upon delivery. Key Publishing Ltd are not liable for any duty charges that may be incurred

Returns Policy
Unwanted Items
We hope that our customers are fully satisfied every time they shop with Key Publishing. However, occasionally we understand that you may wish to return an item.
In the case of unwanted items they may be returned, unused, within 30 days of delivery in exchange for a different item or a full refund. Please pack the relevant item securely in its original packing, in a re-sellable condition, and send it to us with an explanation of the reason for its return.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods except where a fault is discovered within 30 days of purchase - in these events, we will cover the cost of the returned delivery. When returned items are being exchanged for different products you will be charged for re-delivery, where applicable.
In the case of all returned items it is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe delivery to us and we recommend the use of an insured postal service.
For software it is important for you to read the back of the package for compatibility before opening. It is widely accepted that the majority of "Non-working" software is related to the user's hardware configuration and not the software. All outgoing delivery costs are excluded.

Exclusions for unwanted items
We cannot accept returns of audio/video/DVD products or software that you have unsealed or any periodicals/magazines.

Faulty Items
Please return faulty goods to our head office at the address above. A like for like replacement will be provided where possible. The item must be within the manufacturer's warranty period, if applicable. Where items returned are subsequently found NOT to be faulty, the customer will be liable for all costs.

Items sent in error
In the case of an incorrect item being received, we will endeavour to send you the correct item as soon as possible once we receive the original item back. You will not be liable for any carriage charges to rectify this situation.

Damaged Goods
If goods are found to have been damaged in transit then they may be returned and a replacement, if requested and if available, will be despatched. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded in full. We must be informed within 7 days of receipt by either e-mail on orders@keypublishing.com or by telephone on 01780 480404 (UK) or +44 1780 480404 (overseas) with confirmation in writing thereafter. It is in your own interests to check the delivery immediately and notify Key Publishing of any problems.

Non-Delivery of Goods
Claims for missing items or the non-delivery of complete orders must be made within 30 days of the despatch date. Any claims for non-delivery after 30 days from the date of despatch cannot be accepted. Key Publishing are committed to protecting your online privacy. We collect your information only to process your order and ensure that we provide you with the best possible service. We do not disclose buyer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
