However, occasionally we know that you may wish to return unused items. In the case of unwanted items they may be returned, unused, within 30 days of delivery in exchange for a different item or a full refund. Please pack the relevant item securely and send it to us with an explanation of the reason for its return.Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. In the case of all returned items it is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe delivery to ourselves. We recommend an insured postal service is used. In the case of exchanges for different products you will be charged for re-delivery, if applicable.For software it is important for you to read the back of the package for compatibility before opening. It is widely accepted that the majority of "Non-working" software is related to the user's hardware configuration and not the software.
